Ventana is a beautiful gated community of 168 homes located in La Jolla, high a top sunny Mt. Soledad where many homes featuring spectacular ocean and canyon views.
Residents are able to enjoy many amenities and recreational privileges. Within Ventana there is a pool and a spa. In addition, all homeowners are members of the Master Council Association, a beautiful recreation center having a clubhouse with fitness and social facilities, two swimming pools, a spa and tennis courts.
Our community is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The board meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday with the Homeowner forum beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the La Jolla Alta Master Council (Clubhouse), 1570 Alta La Lolla Drive and all homeowners are encouraged to attend.
